Casida has traveled and studied in many countries: Norway, Greece, Israel, Japan, England, Sweden, Switzerland, Costa Rica, Peru, Holland, and Germany. She was an Artist-in-Residence in Ekeley, Edvard Munch Studio, Oslo, Norway, 1993, and also in Hydra, Greece, the studio of École Supérieure des Beaux-Arts d’Athéns, 1982.
